1 – Where is the retail store located and what are the opening hours?

Our store is located in Parklea Markets and is open every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday Monday.

Opening hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

We are located at shop 103 inside the markets. The most convenient entrance to park at is #7. Come straight through to the stage area and before going up on the stage, make a right – we are that easy to find.

To get to the markets, take Sunnyholt Road from Blacktown, or Old Windsor Road from Windsor.

2 – Why are some books marked as an 'enquiry'?

Due to the fact that Parklea Markets is only open on the weekend, we have kept books at both the Markets and our warehouse. Currently, only the books at our warehouse are put online for immediate sale. The titles listed with an “enquiry” are only located at our store. If you enquire about a book, we will search for it on the weekend and email you back with a picture, condition and price

4 – What payment methods do you accept?

For online purchases, we accept:

1. Visa and Mastercard through PayPal.
2. Direct Deposit is also available (and preferred!).
3. At the markets, we accept cash only and do NOT have card facility.

5 – Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns if you contact us within 7 days. If we agree to the return, the book(s) must be returned well packed and arrive in the condition it left. Customer's return postage will only be considered if the book description is materially incorrect

6 – How much is shipping within Australia?

Shipping is via Australia Post pre-paid satchels.

1 to 2 paperbacks	$5.30
3 to 9 paperbacks	$9.50
10 or more paperbacks	$10.00

• All books are securely wrapped and shipped out with 24 hours of receiving your order.
• No extra fees are charged for handling / wrapping, etc.
• IF a book is exceptionally light and thin, then we will ship it at a reduced rate and refund you the difference.
• Need insurance, Registered Post, or want it Express Post? Please make a note in the Special Instructions part of the checkout page and we’ll get back to you quickly with the additional cost.
• We ship from Sydney, so expected delivery times for Regular Parcel Post are:

  Within Sydney metro area	1 business day
  Within NSW	1 to 2 business days
  To a metro area of another state’s capital city	2 business days
  To another state’s country area	3 to 4 business days

7 – Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us for a quote. Be sure to mention the book you are interested in, as the price varies greatly based on weight. Please note, all prices are in Australian dollars. Check out www.xe.com for latest exchange rates.

8 – What does the book condition (good, fair, etc.) mean?

All books are secondhand, but will be in varying degrees of condition. You can expect the book with a particular rating to have some or all of the attributes listed
 

Like new	No creasing on spine and cover No stamps or writing Pages are clean and tight
Very Good	Very faint creasing on spine Store stamp or writing on end papers Very faint creasing on front or back cover Store stamp on inside pages Pages are clean and tight
Good	Light creasing on spine and/or front and back cover Store stamp or writing on end papers
Fair	Heavy creasing on the spine and/or front and back cover Yellowed pages due to age or light exposure Store stamps or writing on inside pages No pages will be missing, book will be complete
Poor	Heavy creasing on spine and/or front and back cover Wear, stains and/or marks on cover or pages Yellowed or stained pages Writing / store stamp on inside pages Rips or tears on front and/or back cover Hinges, pages may be loose Text pages will be complete, but may lack endpapers
